Western Campus’ response to coronavirus (COVID-19)
An update to our valued customers:
Western Campus Resources, like all companies, is concerned with the ongoing pandemic and the challenges that we are now facing on a national and global level. We want to ensure you during this time of uncertainty that we are taking all precautions and safety measures to our valued customers, community and staff.
We are monitoring the situation closely and considering all guidance from health organizations. Western Campus has taken several precautionary measures:
- – Extra Cleansing
- – Social Distancing – no more than one person per office
- – Staff working from home wherever possible
- – Alternating shifts and separating supplies to ensure only one person is in contact with materials
As a small family-run business, we are taking all possible measures to maintain expected levels of service during this global pandemic. We will be answering the phones (from home and on site) and taking emails. We will always pick up the phones, even if we have forwarded the lines to our homes! With school closures becoming a reality, we have the ability to ship books to students’ homes, provided Canada Post is still operating.
As schools have been mandated to close, please advise parents looking for resources that they may contact us through www.westerncampus.ca. We will fill orders to ship directly to their homes.
For our local customers, please ensure that you are contacting us before visiting us on site. We need to limit large groups of people coming in at once and feel this would be the most efficient way.
Please understand that this is a time of great uncertainty and we are working hard on providing updates and more information on this rapidly evolving situation.
