We are excited to announce our new partnership with Nelson Education! We will now be the sole distributor of Nelson Education’s print products for customers in British Columbia, Yukon and the Northwest Territories! Orders and inquiries for Edwin and SRA Assessment materials should still be directed to Nelson Education, but for all other products, please reach out to us directly for your orders, quote requests, products and customer service inquiries.

1. How does this affect orders already placed with Nelson Education, but not yet received?
Orders already placed with Nelson Education will be fulfilled by them directly – no further action is needed.
2. If I have outstanding invoices that are not yet paid with Nelson Education, who do I pay?
Any outstanding balances with Nelson Education should be paid to them directly.
3. How will this affect the prices of Nelson Education products?
All pricing remains unchanged – our shift to local B.C. distribution has not affected the cost of any titles. Pricing will continue to be updated by Nelson Education following their pre-planned schedule, however this distribution change is designed to provide local service and lower shipping rates. This does not affect the prices of products themselves.
4. How will this affect my shipping costs on Nelson’s print products?
Most customers will enjoy LOWER shipping costs by ordering from Western Campus! With our Vancouver-based warehouse, books now ship locally, reducing overall shipping expenses.
5. I need to return books that I ordered from Nelson Education. Do I return these to Western Campus now?
No, any returns should be sent back to the company that you purchased the books from (assuming they fall within the specified return authorizations). If you ordered books from Nelson, they should be returned directly to them.
6. Does Western Campus supply books from other publishers?
Yes! Western Campus is a one-stop-shop for textbooks, workbooks, novels, and teacher’s materials. By consolidating your orders with us, your school can save significantly on shipping compared to ordering from multiple publishers individually. Simply send us your list of requested titles, and we’ll provide a single quote. We look forward to helping your schools stretch their learning resources budgets!
7. Will all of Nelson Education’s print materials be available to order on your website?
Yes! We are excited to finally launch our new website shortly! We know our current site has been showing its age and causing some difficulties recently. We apologize for the inconvenience over the past month and are very relieved that our new site will be available soon! You will be able to order all Nelson products from our website and you may also continue to email or call us directly if you prefer – we are here to help!
Additionally, our new website will have a special “Nelson Portal” which is designed to assist you in finding the right products to meet your needs.
