FAQ’s

  • What is an ISBN?

An ISBN (International Standard Book Number) is a unique identifier assigned to books to make them easier to distinguish. It is a 13-digit (or 10-digit) number that helps differentiate one book or edition from another, providing essential details such as publisher, title, edition, and format.

The ISBN can typically be found printed on the back cover of a book, or inside of the book on the copyright page.

It is very important that you use the correct ISBN when ordering your school’s books to ensure that we are quoting on the correct edition.

  • Used workbooks? How can consumable workbooks be sold as “used”?

We don’t sell workbooks that have been truly “used” by students. The “used” workbooks we sell may have some minor shelf wear or a school stamp or barcode that our quality control team have removed, but they have not been “used” by students, and contain no markings on the inside pages. Our “used” workbooks offer great value for schools. As with all books we sell, our “used” workbooks are guaranteed for quality by Western Campus! If you are unhappy with the condition of your used workbooks, please reach out to us and we will issue a replacement or a refund.
